Today, 11 hectares are planted to\u003cbr\u003eCabernet Franc, complemented by smaller parcels of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin\u003cbr\u003eBlanc.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eLes Nomades is produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on the clay-limestone\u003cbr\u003esoils of the Les Neusaies vineyard. The wine is fermented dry, with no residual sugar,\u003cbr\u003eand matured on its fine lees to develop texture while preserving the freshness of the\u003cbr\u003efruit. The name Les Nomades refers to species displaced by climate change, inspired\u003cbr\u003eby the white-clawed crayfish native to the River Changeon, whose habitat is\u003cbr\u003ethreatened by invasive North American crayfish carrying a harmful parasite.\u003cbr\u003eThe nose combines aromas of passion fruit and other exotic fruits with delicate floral\u003cbr\u003enotes of acacia. The palate is well balanced, with a rounded texture from lees ageing\u003cbr\u003esupporting citrus flavours and a finish of fresh lemon zest.
