At POM we follow a "From the garden to the table" philosophy and our POM kitchen is about celebrating quality produce and falling in love with food. We cook using seasonal, organic and local ingredients and showcase the produce from our Market Garden. This means that what's on the menu changes as we work with nature and use what's in abundance. We are a Market Garden and Shop first so there isn't always time to create beautiful hot food. We have an open planned Kitchen in POM and when Bina is in there, you'll know before you enter the door because you will be greeted by the smell of chai, dhal and freshly made bhajees as you walk through the shipyard.
