Shipping Policy

We aim to get your fresh, seasonal food to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Because we harvest to order and many of our items are made fresh, delivery times can vary slightly depending on the day of the week and the weather.

Our typical dispatch and fulfilment window is 2–5 days, depending on harvesting schedules and kitchen prep days.

Delivery Options

1. Local Delivery (Cornwall only)

We offer local delivery if your postcode falls within our Cornwall delivery zone. If your postcode qualifies, you'll see the option at checkout.

We personally deliver within this area and will let you know your expected delivery day via email or SMS.

2. In-Store Pickup (Porthleven)

You can choose to pick up your order from our site in Porthleven.

Pickup location:
Unit 1, The Shipyard, Porthleven, TR13 9JY
Pickup instructions will be sent once your order is ready.

3. UK Shipping

If you’re outside our local delivery zone, we also offer standard UK shipping. Your order will be packed with care and shipped via a reliable courier.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from order confirmation, depending on when your items are harvested and prepared.

Tracking & Notifications

We’ll notify you by email once your order is confirmed and again when it’s out for delivery or ready for pickup. If your order is being shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s dispatched.
