Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love everything you get from POM. Everything we grow, make and deliver is handled with care – but if something’s not quite right, we’ll always aim to put it right.
While we don’t offer standard refunds or returns due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we guarantee your money back if you’re not happy.
How to request a refund or replacement
If there’s an issue with your order (damaged box, missing item, something not as expected), contact us within 48 hours of receiving it:
We may ask for a photo and a few quick details to understand what’s gone wrong. If your request is accepted, we’ll offer you one of the following:

Store credit

A full refund
All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Non-returnable items
Due to the fresh and handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of:

Fresh food or perishable items

Custom or made-to-order goods

Gift cards or sale items
