Aged for 16 months, this Comté-style delight boasts a firm, flinty texture that melts into a symphony of sweet cream, toasted almonds, and caramel whispers. Wrapped in its stylish black wax, it’s rich, nutty, and just a bit mischievous on the palate. Winner of the 2017 World Cheese Awards Supreme Champion.
