Fionagh’s Cornish Buttermilk Crackers 120g

Fionagh’s Buttermilk Crackers. They hand make fresh buttermilk using surplus milk from Whaleborough, Norton Barton’s dairy, for each batch. The dough is mixed using the finest wheat flour and flaked oats. It’s then rolled extra thinly before baking to create the perfect texture and taste.

120g with a shelf life of 6 months form the date of production (see base of box)

Store in a cool, dry place. once opened, sore in an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks.

Ingredients: Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Oatmeal (Oats), Buttermilk (24.7%) (Whey, Milk, Lemon Juice), Butter (Milk) (7%), Sugar, Salt.

Due to the handmade nature of this product, thickness can sometimes vary; biscuits are hand-picked by weight.
