Fionagh’s Seeded Sourdough Crackers 100g

Fionagh’s Seeded Sourdough Crackers. Each batch is handmade using our own sourdough mother which is specially fed and fermented to create the perfect punch and crutch. The mother is mixed with the finest rye flour, rapeseed oil, and a little sea salt to achieve the perfect texture and taste. It’s then rolled and sprinkled with pumpkin, poppy and sunflower seeds before baking.

100g with a shelf life of 6 months from date of production (see base of box).

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks.

Ingredients: Wholemeal Flour, (Wheat, Ascobic Acid) Rye Flour, Sourdough (11%) (Water, Rye Flour) Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Mixed Seeds (3.3%) (Poppy Seed, Pumpkin Seed, Sunflower Seeds) Rapeseed Oil, Brown Sugar, Salt.

Due to the handmade nature of this product, Thickness can sometimes vary; Biscuits are hand-picked by weight.
