Native Grain Bakery Cardamom Bun

Native Grain Bakery launched in Truro in November 2023 and has quickly become a staple for foodies in Truro city centre. We’re delighted to now offer their range for our food box delivery customers.

Always using UK stoneground flour, including locally from Cornish Golden Grains and Matthews Cotswold Organic Premium Flour. They source the best products to create their beautiful buns, pastries, sandwiches & pizza.

These cardamom buns are entirely plant based and are made from 100% UK stoneground flour.

The almond milk sweet dough is laced with freshly ground cardamom seeds and a sprinkling of sugar, before being cut into strips and twisted to form that classic spiral shape.

Fragrant and warming, the cardamom hit is strong but the sweetness provides a contrast and balance that makes these buns rather addictive!
