Bursting with fruit and flavour, Boddington’s Strawberry Conserve (extra jam) is made in small batches, by hand, on our family farm at Mevagissey.
They use a traditional open pan cooking method and a farmhouse recipe, using no artificial preservatives, colourings, flavourings or setting agents.
Boddington’s pride themselves on the very high fruit content, slow cooking time, and natural setting point; developing their jam’s full natural flavours.
