Fionagh’s Original Sourdough Crackers 100g

Fionagh’s Original Sourdough Crackers. Each batch is handmade using our own sourdough mother which is specially fed and fermented to create the perfect punch and crunch. The mother is mixed with the finest rye flour, rapeseed oil and a little sea salt to achieve the perfect texture and taste. It’s then rolled and sprinkled with rye before baking.

100g with a shelf life of 6 months from date of production (see base of box)

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks.

Ingredients: Wholemeal Flour, (Wheat, Ascorbic Acid) Rye Flour, Sourdough (11%) (Water, Rye Flour), Rapeseed Oil, Brown Sugar, Salt.

Due to the handmade nature of the product, Thickness can sometimes vary; biscuits are hand-picked by weight.
