Organic, grassfed ghee, lovingly made in Devon by small, artisan producer Happy Butter. Cooked in small batches to remove all the water, lactose and casein and to ensure quality and taste. Made only with UK organic butter. Consistent 2 star Great Taste award and gold Taste of the West winners. Tested for absence of Lactose and Casein so can be used instead of butter as a ‘free-from’ alternative.
